The Challenge

The project called for precision: a 230-ton pavilion structure that demanded accuracy at every stage. Starting with 2D sketches and contract drawings, our detailing team transformed the inputs into a complete 3D model.

 The Process: Using advanced steel detailing software, we ensured:

• Seamless connections between columns, beams, and splices

• Clear shop drawings for fabricators

• Precise erection drawings for site execution

• Detailed reports, CNC files, and digital models to support the workflow

Every detail, from anchor rods to curved framing, was modelled with accuracy to reduce rework and save time on site.

The Outcome

What began as a simple set of 2D client drawings evolved into a fully detailed 3D pavilion — ready for fabrication and flawless erection.
