This project was an addition and renovation to a new elementary high school located at the heart of Illinois. It has approximately 200+ tons of steel including both main steel and miscellaneous steel. Fast track schedule and coordination with many different trades was a challenging part of this project. Maman Corp completed the consolidation of Schneider Chicagoland offices into one space. This project consisted of a complete gut and renovation of the top two floors. This state of the art facility includes with an open ceiling, new stair case between both floors and a variety of meeting spaces and offices.

Complete build of administration buildings. The space consisted of meeting spaces, gathering space and much more. We travel nationwide for clients who are looking for a high caliber construction professional.
